We hope you love your purchase, however, if you're not 100% happy simply follow the process below on how to return or exchange the item(s) you bought online.
We will happily refund your item/s providing the following Online Return Policy Conditions have been met;
The items are returned within 7 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels and the swing tag attached.
The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
Frances Hendrie accepts exchanges and returns within 7 days of your purchase. Please ensure that you note your tracking number for your local postal service to ensure the return is received by our office.

Australia wide express post shipping:
We offer a flat rate of $10 Australia wide using Australia Post Express Post service.
Delivery time is 1-3 working days after your order has been processed.
Delivery is usually next day for metropolitan areas and up to three-day delivery for regional areas.
Full tracking is available with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Using this service you thereby agree and understand that Australian Post grants authority to leave parcels unattended at your selected premises if secure by Australian Post standards. We recommend you select delivery for an address that will be attended.

We offer complimentary standard shipping Australia wide using Australia Post service.
Delivery time is 3-5 working days after your order has been processed.
Delivery is usually 2 days for metropolitan areas and up to five-day delivery for regional areas.
